We are committed to providing qualified products and professional services. Please refer to the rules below regarding returns and refunds.

Gavigovi specializes in industrial products. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds without valid reasons. We only process return, exchange and refund requests after the products are verified by us to have manufacturing quality defects or we shipped incorrect items. All applications must be submitted within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods.
1. Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
1.1 Accepted Requests
- The Gavigovi product has inherent manufacturing defects, functional failures or material flaws, and the buyer can provide valid evidence such as photos and videos.
We delivered Gavigovi products with wrong models, specifications or parameters which are inconsistent with the order.
1.2 Unaccepted Requests
- Applications submitted more than 7 days after receiving the goods.
- Damage or malfunctions caused by human error, unauthorized disassembly, modification, improper installation or accidental collision.
- Normal wear, scratches and consumption generated during regular use.
- The buyer selected the wrong model or specification, or simply changed purchase intention.

2. Solutions for Different Liabilities
2.1 Seller Liabilities (Product Quality Issues / Wrong Delivery)
We provide free return, exchange or refund services. All shipping fees will be borne entirely by Gavigovi, and no handling fees will be charged.
2.2 Buyer Liabilities (Wrong Selection, Improper Use, Personal Reasons, etc.)
We do not accept any return, exchange or refund requests. If the buyer returns the goods without our prior written approval, all shipping costs and risks shall be borne solely by the buyer.
3. Step-by-Step Return Procedures
Step 3: Properly pack the Gavigovi product, accessories and original packaging, then ship the item to the designated address. Send the tracking number to customer service for filing after delivery.
4. Return Time Limit
All return, exchange and refund applications for Gavigovi products must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date the buyer receives the goods. Late applications will not be accepted.
5. Return Address & Contact Number
Note: Gavigovi does not accept collect on delivery (COD) parcels.
6. Shipping Fees & Handling Charges
- Shipping Liability: For returns caused by Gavigovi product quality problems or wrong delivery, we cover all round-trip shipping fees. Requests not caused by our liability will be rejected, and all relevant shipping fees shall be paid by the buyer.
- Handling Fee: Gavigovi charges no extra handling fees for approved return and refund orders.
Non-refundable Fees: Customization fees, expedited shipping fees, technical service fees, installation fees and other additional fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
7. Refund Rules
7.1 Refund Calculation
- For standard in-stock Gavigovi products: Refund is calculated based on the actual order payment amount.
- For customized Gavigovi products: Only the cost of the product itself will be refunded; all customization and service fees will not be returned.
If the returned Gavigovi product suffers secondary artificial damage, we will deduct the corresponding loss before processing the refund.

The buyer shall return the complete product, accessories and original packaging, provide order information and tracking number, and cooperate with us to complete verification.

9. Supplementary Terms
- All orders of Gavigovi products are regarded as final sales 7 days after goods receipt, and no further return, exchange or refund requests will be accepted.
